For customer recordings processed on documented instructions, the customer generally acts as controller or business and VIDA.AI as processor or service provider.

Scope before upload

The parties confirm data categories, purpose, provider, storage region, access, retention and deletion workflow before accepting media.

Safeguards

Controls may include role-based access, encryption in transit, access logging, confidentiality obligations and incident response.

Subprocessors and transfers

The applicable subprocessor list and processing countries will be provided before activation.

Requests and deletion

We assist customers with applicable access, correction and deletion requests according to the agreed schedule.
